Common side effects of Janumet

Janumet is a medicine that you can purchase only with a doctor’s prescription. This medicine is prescribed by doctors to patients who are suffering from type 2 diabetes. Doctors usually recommend that you take Janumet with a proper diet routine and workout plan. Apart from this, doctors may also give Janumet in conjunction with other medicines.

This medicine is a mixture of two medications that are, sitagliptin and metformin. Both of these ingredients combine together to control high levels of blood sugar in people who have type 2 diabetes.

Individuals that have type 2 diabetes do not have a proper balance of insulin in their body, and thus, their blood sugar is not under control. Janumet comes into play here.

The medicine also reduces symptoms associated with high levels of blood sugar including kidney disease, blindness, damage to the nerves, sexual function issues, and other problems.
